Update #1

Some customers of our Ontrac Pro service that have been migrated to the Freedom platform are experiencing delays in the tracks. This is attributed to an issue with a communication protocol redirection that is experiencing a malfunction. Issue has been identified and is being looked at.

Please note that Ontrac Freedom Platform has maintenance upgrades scheduled between 8:00 a.m. -  1:00 p.m. Saturday the 2nd of March 2019. There may be some minor service disruption during this process.
